Sarah Hope, General Manager
Sarah is a membership association professional who has spent more than 20 years helping member-based organisations thrive, including as General Manager of two. She is passionate about the people behind every association: the members who give their time, the volunteers who lead, and the communities they serve.
Her career spans member engagement, governance, events, communications and stakeholder management. She has worked alongside Boards, committees and members to turn good organisations into great ones. She believes in keeping things simple, contributing wherever she can, and bringing energy and fun to work.
Sarah is thrilled to be part of ADTA and to back the driver trainers who help keep Australians safe on the road.
Michelle Roese, Membership & Events Coordinator
Michelle is the ADTA’s Membership & Events Coordinator, working Monday to Friday she's the first point of contact and support for members and also coordinates events across the organisation. She helps members navigate enquiries, access services, and make the most of their membership, providing friendly and practical support.
Drawing on her strong background in event coordination, Michelle plays a key role in delivering ADTA’s conferences, seminars, and professional development events. She works closely with the Board, team, sponsors, and event partners to create well-organised experiences that bring the driver training community together.
Michelle’s adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to supporting members make her a highly valued and trusted member of the ADTA team.
Nicole Thompson, NSW Safer Drivers Course Coordinator
Nicole joins the ADTA team as Safer Drivers Course Coordinator, having served as a valued member of the ADTA Board for two years. She has stepped away from her Board position to take on this exciting new role, bringing practical industry experience and a strong commitment to supporting learner drivers.
As the proud owner of Spotto Learner Driver on the Central Coast for seven years, Nicole offered both automatic and manual driving lessons. She is passionate about helping learners build confidence behind the wheel while giving parents peace of mind throughout the learning journey.
Nicole’s experience, approachable manner, and dedication to supporting members and the wider community make her a welcome addition to the ADTA team.
Nadia Pralija, Administrator
Nadia provides administrative support across both ADTA membership and the Safer Drivers Course, working one day a week. With her long-term experience within the organisation, she brings valuable knowledge of our processes, systems, and member needs, helping support the smooth running of both areas.
Passionate about customer service, Nadia brings a friendly, thoughtful approach to assisting members and responding to course enquiries. Her attention to detail and commitment to making each interaction positive ensure members and course participants feel welcome and supported.
Nadia’s experience, reliability, and warm personality make her a valued part of the ADTA team.
